AIM FOR EUROPA

First painting (plus a bit of digital collage) after a 3-month break!

A mixed media artwork of watercolour + digital pixel art. A white pixelated silhouette of Robin Hood with a bow (based on the Robin Hood statue in Nottingham Castle) is overlayed on top of a red and black pixelated map of Europe. On the bottom side there is an overlayed close-up scene of Ndoye holding up a bow and arrow like the Robin Hood silhouette on a green background with a red-white outline(colours of the flag of Notttinghamshire). Deep orange and black sparks come out the arrowtip, similar to the Europa League graphics. Where the sparks and the silhouette overlap, the sparks scatter into orange and black pixels on top of the white. All parts of the artwork was hand painted except the pixelated map in the background.
